No. At drop-off we tell you definitively whether your deadline is achievable. We do not make promises we cannot keep.
What is the surcharge?
It depends on the item and the deadline. You are told at the counter before you hand anything over.
What cannot be done express?
Leather, wedding dresses, rugs and duvets. These need drying time that cannot be cut short.
By when do I have to drop off?
The earlier in the day the better. Drop off before 10 a.m. and same-day is most likely.
